After discovering it on sale in my local Polish Supermarket I can say it is a fabulous bread that is far more
beneficial to health than virtually all breads on sale in mainstream supermarkets. What I recognise is its healthy composition of fibre and protein along with a very appealling taste. It is filling in a satisfying way without causing bloatedness and is a bread that I would certainly recommend you seek out and try for yourself. It has been a very good find.:)
